Joel Cabana Entertainment
Music has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember, but my journey as a DJ truly began in Montreal's legendary nightlife scene.
In my twenties, I immersed myself in the world of electronic music as a nightclub promoter, spending countless weekends at some of Montreal's most iconic after-hours venues, including Stereo, Circus and Aria. Surrounded by internationally renowned DJs and unforgettable performances, I developed a deep appreciation for the art of reading a crowd, building energy, and creating memorable musical experiences.
Today, I bring that same passion and attention to detail to weddings, corporate events, galas and private celebrations throughout Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.
My approach:
While my roots are in the electronic music scene, my approach to private events is entirely centered around my clients. Every event is unique, and every playlist is carefully crafted to reflect your personality, your guests, and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether it's an elegant ceremony, a sophisticated corporate gala, or a packed dance floor celebrating late into the evening, my goal is always the same: to create an unforgettable experience through music.
Beyond selecting the right songs, I believe that professionalism, preparation and reliability are just as important. From our first conversation to the final song of the night, I work closely with every client to ensure the entertainment is seamless, stress-free and perfectly suited to the occasion.
