Joel Cabana was an excellent compliment to our wedding, the music was top notch. He played a large variety of music, not too loud so that guests could not communicate. He was on the ball all night. Very professional, attended the venue early to set up his equipment, prompt in answering questions by email. Very professional!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing his services. Even with the basic wedding package there was absolutely nothing missing!

Sugar Shack Radio is lucky to have a great DJ and person like Joel as part of our family. He’s played for us as a resident and also back up for last minute slots. He’s professional, personable, flexible and getting to hear him play is always a treat

Joel Cabana was resident Dj in the techno room of Unity Nightclub on Fridays. His impressive musical choices and his passion for music make him an exceptional DJ! He is undoubtedly an important artist of the underground scene in Montreal!

Joel was a great DJ, we were very happy with his service, he listened to what we wanted and accommodated us without issue he was professional and courteous to not only us but our guests as well, we would recommend him to others. He also provided us with one of our favorite candid pictures of our wedding night.

“I’ve worked with Joel on a number of different events and my requests can be strange: music that’s calm but also uplifting for a corporate launch, groundbreaking club beats mixed with top 40 for a Capital Pride event… Joel gets it right every time! He’s also excellent at sourcing different lighting and interactive visuals. He’s always on time, always performs a professional tear-down, and is ready for last minute requests and changes. I will gladly work with Joel again and can confidently refer him to other professionals in my network.

I had the pleasure of working with Joel for my wedding this summer. Joel was very easy to work with and accommodating to my busy work schedule! His wedding planner document demonstrated a high level of organization with significant attention to detail. This helped to make me feel like Joel had everything under control for the big day. Joel was flexible with our guests and ensured that the music played satisfied the majority of guests. I am someone with high standards for the level of service I receive, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ for their big day!

We hired Joel to play at an after party for 80 Olympic Athletes! He was awesome! Very accommodating with a wide range of song selection. Set up and take down were flawless, and he even stayed and played later than expected because people were still dancing! Joel was very accommodating and I would highly recommend his services!
